Parking

LAZ Parking manages the Parking Garage located on levels 2-4 of the building. Please contact LAZ directly for monthly rates. If there are any questions or problems with regards to parking, please contact LAZ Parking at 303-296-1169.

Security

The Property is equipped with Avigilon card reader security system at the main entrances and Tiba Parking Systems in the garage. There is a security desk in the lobby that is staffed by a guard from 6am – 10pm, Monday thru Friday. 

Hearth & Dram

Located on the first level of the building, Hearth & Dram is a rustic American restaurant and modern saloon featuring wood-fire cooking and more than 300 whiskeys.

Fitness Center

Tenants of Union Tower West have access to the fitness center located on the 5th floor of Hotel Indigo.

Transit-Dominant Location

Union Tower West is located just steps away from every form of transportation that Downtown Denver has to offer. With numerous rail lines located just steps from the Property’s front door, the Property offers the most accessible and transit-focused location in all of Denver.

Commuter Rail to Airport

Union Tower West is one block from Union Station’s train hall, offering commuter rail services to four existing rail lines, one of which provides direct access to Denver International Airport.

Light Rail

Two blocks away is Union Station light rail platform, providing access to every light rail in the city.

Bus Service

The 22-bay underground concourse at Union Station is just one block away and provides access to 20 different bus routes throughout the city.

Free MetroRide

This free circulator bus originates at the Union Station bus concourses and provides quick access to the Central Business District’s financial core along 18th and 19th Streets.  

16th Street MallRide

Stopping each block along 16th Street, this free circulator bus system connects Union Station and Uptown and stops two blocks from the Property.
